The YANKEE FLIPPER is the definitive squirrel proof bird feeder. Birds love to eat from it, but squirrels are prevented from eating from it in a way that will make you smile. The weight activated feeding perch is calibrated to react to a squirrel's weight. When a squirrel steps on the perch, a connection is made with a motor that makes the perch spin, and the squirrel is flipped off the feeder. Thus, the name Yankee Flipper. The Yankee Flipper works well to prevent access by gray squirrels; however, red squirrels and chipmunks are not heavy enough to activate the perch ring. The infinite feeding system is simply the finest bird feeder manufactured. This extra large feeder has two independent seed compartments, which are separated by a unique flow valve. After being filled with three gallons of seed, this valve is closed and the upper seed reservoir and its eight feeding stations are physically separated from the bottom eight feeding stations. These feeding stations are epoxy coated die cast metal. It comes with a clear squirrel guard, pole baffle, pole and ground sleeve. The Infinite completely disassembles for easy cleaning and is totally squirrel proof!
